Each menu item is a balance of lean protein, low glycemic carbohydrates and tasty veggie combination that are completely customizable to suit any dietary preferences or allergies you may have.

All meals have a 6 day shelf life in the fridge and can absolutely be frozen and reheated at your convenience if you require a longer life span.
